Steps to securely update your login email
You can update your SafeKeep login email at any time from your account settings. Changing your email helps keep your account secure and ensures you continue receiving important notifications, including expiry reminders and security alerts.
Steps to change your email
- Log in to your SafeKeep account on the web platform or mobile app
- Go to your account settings
- Select the account details section
- Find the email address field and enter your new email
- SafeKeep will send a verification email to your new address
- Enter the one time passcode from the verification email to confirm the change
Your login will now use your new email address, and all future notifications will go to that email. You can update this again at any time if needed.
