If you ever need help with your SafeKeep account, there are easy ways to get in touch with our friendly support team.

In the mobile app or web app

You can contact support directly from your SafeKeep account:

1. Open the Settings area
2. Select Help Center
3. From here, you’ll be guided to your Help Center area

What you can do from the Help Center

Once in the Help Center, you can:

• View helpful articles and how-to guides
• Start a live chat with our support team
• Or send an email to our support inbox

Our team is here to answer questions, solve problems, and support you with anything SafeKeep related, whether it’s logging in, managing your documents, updating billing, or just getting started.
