How to report a bug or technical issue
Steps to submit bugs or glitches for investigation
If you notice something not working right in your SafeKeep account, we want to hear about it. Reporting bugs helps us fix issues quickly and improve your experience.
Here’s how to report a technical issue:
1. Go to the Help Center
In both the mobile app and the web platform, head to:
- Settings
- Then select Help Center
2. Start a chat or send an email
If an agent is available, you can start a live chat. If not, send us an email directly from the Help Center.
When reporting a bug, try to include:
- What the issue is
- What you were doing when it happened
- What device and browser (or app version) you were using
- Any screenshots, if possible
The more detail you give, the faster we can look into it.
3. We’ll investigate
Our support team will confirm your message and pass it to our technical team for investigation. We aim to reply to all reports within 24 hours and will keep you updated if a fix is needed or already on the way.
