Keeping your profile up to date helps ensure your SafeKeep account stays accurate, secure, and easy for your trusted contacts to recognise.

You can update your profile details at any time by going to your account settings.

Steps to update your profile

1. Log in to SafeKeep on the web platform or mobile app
2. Go to your account settings
3. Select the account details section
4. From here, you can:
   • Update your name
   • Upload or change your profile picture
   • Edit your email address or phone number
   • Review and update your security information

We recommend uploading a profile picture, especially if you’ve added a legacy contact. It helps them easily confirm your identity when reviewing documents or memories in the future.

Any changes you make are saved to your account immediately and can be updated again at any time.
