When you contact SafeKeep support, we want to make sure you feel supported quickly and clearly.

If a support agent is available when you reach out, you’ll be able to start a live chat right away. If no agent is available, you can send an email through the Help Center and our team will respond as soon as possible.
Response time
We aim to reply to all support emails within 24 hours. Most queries are answered much sooner, but we appreciate your patience during busy periods.
Self-service support
Before starting a support request, we recommend checking the Help Center first. It’s full of clear, step-by-step articles written to help you resolve questions right away, without waiting.
