Where to find your invoices and how billing works
You can view and manage all your SafeKeep billing information directly from your account. This includes accessing past invoices and understanding how your subscription is billed.
Where to find your invoices
- Log in to your SafeKeep account on the web app
- Go to Account settings
- Select Subscription and billing
- Choose Manage billing details
You’ll be taken to your secure Stripe billing area, where you can:
- View and download past invoices
- See your current subscription and payment history
- Update your billing information
How billing works
- SafeKeep subscriptions are billed annually or billed monthly, based on the plan you choose
- When you upgrade, your new plan starts immediately
- If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your billing cycle
All billing is handled securely through Stripe to keep your payment and invoice information protected.
