Understanding your dashboard
Overview of the dashboard interface and what users will find there
Your SafeKeep dashboard is the first thing you see after logging in. It’s designed to give you a clear overview of your account and help you stay on top of your life admin.
Here’s what you’ll find in your dashboard and how each section can help you stay organised.
Quick summary
At the top of your dashboard, you’ll see a short overview of your account, including:
- Storage usage based on your current plan, on your sidebar
- Document count so you know how many files are stored
- Reminders for any upcoming expiry dates
This area gives you a quick snapshot of how your account is working for you.
Document recommendations
The dashboard includes a section called Recommendations. This helps you discover useful documents to upload, based on what most people store in their digital filing cabinets. You’ll see suggested document types by category, such as Insurance, Property, or Travel.
From here, you can jump straight into uploading a document by selecting a recommendation.
Account and plan status
At the bottom or side of your dashboard (depending on the device), you can view your current plan and a link to manage or upgrade your subscription
Everything is designed to help you keep your account up to date, stay aware of key deadlines, and explore helpful SafeKeep features as you go.
Your dashboard is always just one click away from anywhere inside your SafeKeep account.
