How to see what’s included in your current plan

Your SafeKeep plan determines how many documents you can store, how much storage you have, and which features are available to you. Whether you’re on Basic, Essentials, or Premium, it’s easy to check what your plan includes and decide if you’d like to upgrade or make changes.

How to view your current plan

  1. Log in to your SafeKeep account on the web platform
  2. Go to your account settings
  3. Select the Subscription and billing section
  4. You’ll see your current plan listed, with a summary of what’s included and how much storage you’re using

From here, you can also explore available upgrades or switch to a different plan at any time.

Basic – £1.95/month (billed annually)

A secure way to store life’s essentials, without complexity.

Includes:

  • Up to 2 legacy contacts
  • Up to 1GB of secure storage
  • Upload and store documents

Essentials – £2.95/month (billed annually)

Smarter tools to stay organised and ahead of life admin.

Includes:

  • Up to 5 legacy contacts
  • Up to 5GB of secure storage
  • Smart document upload
  • Manual document tagging
  • Expiry reminders
  • Estate handover access

Premium – £6.95/month (billed annually)

Full access for planning life, legacy, and everything else.

Includes:

  • Everything in Essentials
  • Up to 10 legacy contacts
  • Up to 10GB of secure storage
  • Personal video message store
  • Personal legacy messages
  • Priority access to new features
