Change or update your credit card securely
Keeping your billing information up to date ensures your SafeKeep subscription continues without interruption. You can securely manage your payment details at any time.
How to update your payment details
- Log in to your SafeKeep account on the web app
- Go to Account settings
- Select Subscription and billing
- Choose Manage billing details
You’ll be directed to your secure billing management area, powered by our trusted payment partner, Stripe. From there, you can:
- Update your credit or debit card
- View past invoices
- Change your billing address or other payment details
All updates are handled directly through Stripe to keep your information safe and secure. Any changes you make will apply to your next billing cycle.
In-app payments (Apple or Google)
If you subscribed via the iOS App Store or Google Play Store, your subscription and payment details are managed by your store account, not Stripe.
- To update your card or billing info: Open your App Store or Play Store account settings and update your payment method there.
- Refunds and receipts: Provided directly by Apple or Google.
- Plan changes: Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations may need to be done in the app or the store, depending on the platform.
